Our popular Saturday Puppy Social Morning, which is open to fully vaccinated puppies up to and including 6 months of age, is held every second Saturday. This is an indoor event so not effected by adverse weather.

Your puppy will get an opportunity to meet and play with other pups in a safe, controlled and supervised way. They can play off lead and get a chance to meet not just other puppies, but different people.

We like the owners to stay to watch and chat with others that are there, sharing difficulties and successes they have experienced. This is a fun event and all in the family are welcome to come.

While the pups are playing we will work with the shyer puppies and show you techniques that calm and reassure. As an experienced dog trainer I will be available to answer questions around your puppies behaviour but most of all it is an opportunity for your pup to learn how to socialise.

Puppy Training Classes. 

Puppy classes are over 3 nights spread over 3 weeks.

Accordingly, the dates for the next classes are as follow:

Class: 25th October, 1st November,  and 8th November

Class: 15th November, 22nd November, and 29th November. (Last Puppy class of 2023)

Puppy Training is available for fully vaccinated puppies up to and including 6 months of age.

As many puppies often live in a household we encourage those directly involved to attend. While it is important that your puppy gets to grip with some essential behaviours, it will be done in a fun way.

Over the three evenings we will be covering the following subjects.

Handling

Name Recognition

Focus

Mouthing

Jumping up

Sit and Stay

Walking on a lead

 Recall

One to One Dog Training

A One to One training session is a wonderful way to work with your dogs unwanted behaviours.

This training is usually done in our centre in Kerlogue Business Park but it can also be done in the dogs home. 

With you and your dog you will learn the techniques that will get your dog to walk on a lead, to come back when called or whatever behaviour is causing difficulty.

One to Ones are ideal for dogs that are reactive to other dogs, or dogs that are having a difficulty not usually dealt with in classes. You will learn what motivates a dog to change and hopefully you will go on to enjoy your training sessions as you see the improvements occurring.
